ALL areas listed below MUST be done properly to be eligible for any returns.
This form MUST be submitted in advance for any consideration regarding a return.

If the form is accepted for a return, it will be emailed back to the buyer with an RMC number, shipping info, etc. on it.
A copy of the RMC with authorization code on it must accompany any and all returned items that have been accepted.
Item is to be returned to the Returns Acceptance Facility ONLY.
Buyer pays 100% of all shipping costs involved to return items-
Buyer pays 10% of original price shipment/restocking/open box/return fee.
Buyer pays all transaction fees incurred for any sales and refunds.
Store credit or refunds are at the sole discretion of the store.
All store decisions are final.
If funds are returned to the buyer, they will be returned via the same method as the original payment was made-
Refund amount will be minus the original shipping cost, restocking fees, costs incurred for accepting the original payment and sending payment return.
