This covers the manhour charge for re-setting any minor parameters that the customer wants done to an existing banner.
Only minor changes surch as target link, position, marquee speed or message, and a few others qualify.
Send an email first to be certain what you want qualifys.

The advantage to this is that if only minor changes are to be done,
it's a very cost effective way to continue, rather than starting over from scratch.

This is a very minimal fee for the amount of manhours rendered for this service, and it is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
It is a separate service than the creation of an ad banner, and entails correctly checking the script again after the changes are inserted, for banner rotations whether pre or post-placement, correct placement, sizing corrections, insuring that it does not affect and is not affected by other banners, and many other initial technical checklist items before the launch is ready.
Also then re-checking it again after the launch.
It applies whether the change is made for you or you already have made your own (Still needs to be checked).
