Here's what you NEED to know...
Decide on your ad size, its placement, and special effects if any (Blinking, audio, moving graphics, animation, etc)
The price is the MONTHLY cost (Prepaid by the last full week of the preceeding month)
Add or delete the options you selected until the figures come into balance with your budget.

$10.00 modest fee cost to cover the time spent on creating it, using your own name, picture or logo.
If you already have your own, it's not a factor.
(If you run the exact ad again at a later date, there is no setup fee for it)

About The Link-
These are all just very basic ads.
From a static picture link or a scrolling marquee type...
With a link to your site's page destination that you determine...
To a blinking or changing picture's type link with audio.
There are no site stats or click-
Using a simple type link ad to bring you business that otherwise would have passed you by.
If you already have a click-
If it fits within the parameters and the websites abilities, and does not cause a "drain" on the resources, it may be usable.
Otherwise a simple one as stated will have to be used
Ads will occupy a single block exclusively ONLY UNTIL ADDITIONAL ADS HAVE BECOME RECRUITED.
At that time, the total timeframe of ads you purchased will still be honered,
Though the ad will be looped along with other advertisers instead of as a stand alone,
Mathematically shortening your ads visibility time if you tried to circumvent the costs by buying lesser amounts of time at first.
Though you may wait to purchase more time then if you like, so as to save until then.
Ads that purchase more space will take presidence over those buying space for lesser amounts of pages in regards to placement preferences in the area they purchased for.
A standard/unchanging place on the page section will be more memorable to buyers as placement for the larger ads as having preferance also.

If a space available is too small for the size you've chosen, an adjoining space will be added at no cost until the adjustments to the webpage can be made.
(That means you get a bigger ad at no aditional cost until the page can be fitted to the proper size!)

Changing pictures slows down page loading time and eats up the bandwidth.
There have to be extra charges for that...Sorry, has to be that way.

Look along the top of any page on this site.
At the outer sides are three pictures in a close pattern, there deliberately for your inspection.
Ad 1 has 4 pictures rotating at 1 second intervals (Upper Inside)
Ad 2 has 4 pictures rotating at 2 second intervals (Lower Inside)
Ad 3 has 4 pictures rotating at 3 second intervals (Outer DoubleSized)
Ad 3 is also 2x the size of ads 1 & 2 and is priced accordingly.
LENGTH OF TIME:
Each ad gets a 15 Second cycle.
It can repeat through as many cycles as it can during the entire time the page is in view.
So if you want multiple pictures, they'll be divided evenly for the timeframe.
How many pages do you want your advertisement on?
All adspace purchased for header and footer placements will be on each and every page during their agreed month(s).
Where on the page do you want it?
PLACEMENT FOR ALL YOUR PAGES WILL BE THE SAME.
Customers like routine...in the middle of browsing, when they realize they need to look something up, or compare items...
They want to know right where to go NOW-
Plus this has the advantage of working well for ad comparisons so you can tell where and awhat size you want for your own advertisement.
Everyone wants to be at or near the top.
There's only so much "top" space available.
Here's the space breakdown:
All can be combined with neighboring empty blocks for a larger ad.
Preceding number below indicates the range of available blocks before any ads are placed there.
Rates are determined also by where on the page you want it to be.
Obviously, some placements are better than others.
The higher the visability on the page that the placement is, the higher the factor in determining the cost.
Combining spaces for a larger ad is allowed, but the cost is increased as well.
Take a look at the prices on the page ads.
The price given is the price per month for the size & placement where the price is shown.
Obviously the header placements cost a bit more than the footer placements.
Still a fantastic deal.
For now, until all spaces are occupied, each advertiser can have their own space continually "looping" with only their own ad in it.
All of the available blocks can each have multiple advertisers "looping" within them.
However, as different ad sizes are purchased, the availability of a given other size blockspace may become obsolete.
Wherever possible, the larger ads with multiple spaces will be placed either higher vertically on the sides of pages, or centered more horizontally at the tops & bottoms according to whichever is their purchase type.
