For replacement use or vendor resales at tractor shows and flea markets or DIY builder repair parts.

6 Roller Cast Iron Pump with a 5/8" solid shaft with standard counter clockwise rotation.

Roller pumps are designed for agricultural and industrial spraying and transfer of a variety of fluids.
These include insecticides, herbicides, emulsives, aromatic solvents, liquid fertilizers and many other liquids.

The economical rotary-action roller principle requires no check valves while providing positive displacement characteristics with less friction and lower starting torque than other pumps.

This Delavan roller pump comes in a cast iron pump body with rear ports.

The roller pump works by having the pump shaft driven by a PTO, gas engine or electric motor.
Then a constant supply of fluid enters the inlet side of the pump (Note: roller pumps cannot be operated dry!).
As the shaft and rotor assembly turns, rollers push the fluid through the pump housing to the outlet side of the pump.
The volume of flow is determined by several factors including, PTO speed, operating pressure, size of the pump and the size and number of rollers.

This pump has a maximum flow rate of 19.6 GPM @ 1000 rpm.
The maximum pressure is 300 PSI, and the maximum fluid temperature is 140 degrees.
The port size is 3/4" NPT female, with 11/16" ultra rollers (standard).
The shaft seals are standard Viton cartridge type lip seals.

Specifications:

• Note that Delavan has ended production of the 6600 Series.
  The new version line replacement of these is designated as the 6900 series.
• As the 66xx series quantity is ending, the 69xx's will then be shipped instead.
  (Upgraded version/See their website for details).
• Additional (2nd & 3rd pictures) show new version measurements to be of same style.
