Items are sold with a STANDARD NO RETURN POLICY.
Shipping is just too costly these days for unnecessary returns-no matter who's paying for it.
Restocking any opened items simply raises the cost, (creating "open-box/used items"), so please don't ask.
This policy helps the more serious buyers needing savings to not have to pay higher prices due to anothers actions.
Casual shoppers can still browse, but please be certain you want the item before purchasing.

If you still want to return an item, the following apply:

In fairness, you will pay the shipping and handling charges.

No packages will be accepted without an R.M.A. number secured on the outside of the box.

Merchandise returned without authorization, in used condition, or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
All returns will be subject to inspection prior to credit.
Returns must be in new condition, un-opened for credit.

Please note that we do NOT accept returns on electronics and precision equipment under any circumstances.

Since most oversized freight items are shipped directly from the manufacturer we must apply the additional manufacturer's return policies to those below.
There is a restocking fee charge even within the first 30 days.
When you buy items with included "Free Shipping" policy, you will be charged for the initial shipping if you wish to return it.
